Fox Behavior Group was born out of a passion for helping people.

Each of our trained BCBA, BCaBA and behavior technicians are dedicated to their profession – and they find purpose working with kids with autism every day.

Our Executive Director, Lydia Fox, has known she wanted to work in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field since she was a teenager; she began working in in-home programs when she was in high school. Lydia received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University.

During her master’s program, Lydia received a Certificate in Autism and attained her certification in behavior analysis by meeting the requirements of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.

Lydia’s wide range of experience helps her effectively lead a team of behavior technicians, consult and create programs for clients and work with parents and families to enable successful programs. She worked in a center-based program before she transferred her skills back into home program therapy and consulting for kids with autism.

Lydia started Fox Behavior Group in early 2014, wanting to use her skills and passions to work with parents and families of children with autism. She has a smart, talented, passionate team of people who work with her in her vision to improve the lives of kids with autism in the Indianapolis area.
